Kabila Coffee - Mr. Kong, is a star robusta! It is produced by the Kabila cooperative in the Gakeneke district, northern region of Rwanda. The coffee trees grow at an altitude between 1600 and 2000 m. The production conditions are exceptional for a robusta. The cherries are separated by flotation before being pulped, the beans ferment in a tank for 12 hours before being washed. Drying is done on African beds for about 2 weeks. This robusta is packed in Gain Pro, which is quite a rarity for a robusta.
