The User must carefully read the present Terms and Conditions of use ("Terms and Conditions") that regulate the access and use of the website www.centrocienciacafe.com as well as of all its subdomains (hereinafter the "Website") operated by Manuel Rui Azinhais Nabeiro, Lda. (hereinafter "DELTA CIÊNCIA").

The use of this Website shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions of use, which implies the User's acceptance of them. If the User rejects these Terms and Conditions of use, it must immediately cease using the same.

DELTA CIÊNCIA may change or update without prior notice, in whole or in part, these Terms and Conditions of use, General Conditions of Purchase and Sale for each subdomain, as well as the Data Protection and Privacy Policy for each subdomain, any changes or updates coming into force as soon as published in the respective section of the Website. Users are advised to regularly consult the sections of the Terms and Conditions of Use, the General Conditions of Purchase and Sale and the Data Protection and Privacy Policy to check for the most up-to-date versions.

Access to and use of the website are provided exclusively for personal use and/or to order DELTA CIÊNCIA products (the "Products") or to obtain information concerning them, and for this reason are not related to any commercial, business or professional activity of the User.

DELTA CIÊNCIA reserves the right to assess at its sole discretion the User's compliance with these Terms and Conditions of use. Violation of the Terms and Conditions of use may result in the withdrawal of the authorization of use granted by DELTA CIÊNCIA under the terms provided herein, as well as the exercise of its rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The User undertakes to compensate and to exonerate DELTA CIÊNCIA, as well as its legal representatives, partners and collaborators, from any damages, liabilities, claims or requests for compensation, including expenses and costs of representation, petitioned by third parties as a result of the use of the Website in terms that do not conform to these Terms and Conditions of use, and/or by virtue of the violation of the conditions provided for in these Terms and Conditions, and/or resulting from the breach of the declarations and guarantees contained in these Terms and Conditions of use.

Reading these Terms and Conditions of use does not exempt from reading the General Conditions of Purchase and Sale applicable on each DELTA CIÊNCIA subdomain.

If any of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions are null and void, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Portuguese law and shall be interpreted in accordance with Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions, in the absence of a friendly negotiated agreement between the parties, will be settled by the Judicial Courts of Lisbon, with express waiver of any others.
